Dynamologic Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Upwork and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
As a Business Development Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities through Upwork, and other similar platforms. Your role will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, create proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork and other similar platforms
- Generate leads and actively seek out new clients
- Create and submit persuasive proposals that demonstrate an understanding of client needs
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement business development strategies
- Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and seek out new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Bidder, preferably with Upwork experience
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
- Experience in the IT/Software industry is a must
