As a Software Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, leveraging your expertise to cultivate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The role will involve utilizing freelance platforms like Upwork, managing a team of bidders, and crafting compelling technical and non-technical business proposals/documents.

  • Identify potential business opportunities through different freelance platforms, such as Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Generate technical (software/IT) and non-technical business proposals and documents.
  • Coordinate with current clients to establish effective business relations and generate future opportunities.
  • Development of custom sales strategies with a targeted audience in mind
  • Collaboration with the management on goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Manage and observe a team of bidders to ensure timely completion of tasks and reaching prospective clients.
  • Minimum of five years of working experience in Software Business Development (IT Industry)
  • Bachelors in CS, IT, and software engineering
  • Proven track record in Software/IT business development
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork
  • Strong technical and proposal writing skills
  • Stellar time management and planning skills
  • Strong management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask
