DynamoLogic is a Software Services Solutions provider with a flourishing Digital Marketing department. We are searching for a Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media channels on all major platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others.

Responsibilities
- Manage the social media channels of the company and client projects. The platforms include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content that promotes audience interactions and increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation.
- Create a monthly content plan for each platform
- Work with the graphic design team to create engaging digital content.
- Proposes innovative ideas and concepts for social media content
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Set goals for outreach and perform outreach activities for each platform
- Research new ways of creative execution on digital platforms
- Manage Social Media Ads and Leads generation
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media campaigns and suggest improvement in upcoming campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Extensive knowledge of Social Media Platforms and their algorithms.
- Relevant experience would be preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong Interpersonal, Verbal, and Written Communication skills.
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
