We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Web Developer with 3+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel to join our team for a hybrid position. The ideal candidate is dedicated to their craft, writes clean, efficient, and scalable code, and can lead projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in all stages of software development, from initial specifications through development, testing, and launch.

Responsibilities

• Write robust, clean, and well-designed code
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Lead and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow industry best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and deploy new features to enhance our products and processes
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of web development experience in PHP, with at least 2 years in Laravel
• Willingness to come to office on the days decided by team
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, and other web technologies
• Comfortable working with both procedural and object-oriented PHP code
• Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and version control tools

• Experience with open source projects like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart, Magento, etc.
• Good knowledge of developing Web services and REST APIs
