Web Designer and Publisher – Full Time & Hybrid

DynamoLogic Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer & Publisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of web publishing, especially within WordPress environments. The ideal candidate is expected to combine creativity with technical precision — designing visually appealing layouts while ensuring seamless publishing and formatting within WordPress. Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-friendly web layouts, incorporating appropriate colors, typography, graphics, and imagery aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create mockups and design concepts using tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Upload and format content in WordPress, ensuring designs, images, and text are properly aligned and optimized for responsiveness across all devices.
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure seamless integration of visual designs into functional web pages.
• Maintain visual consistency and ensure all published content meets design and quality standards.
• Optimize website visuals for performance and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in web design and publishing, preferably with WordPress.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience managing and Publishing website content through CMS platforms (WordPress required; Webflow experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
