Customer Support Representative + Video Editor – Full Time & Hybrid

Islamabad, Pakistan

DynamoLogic Solutions is seeking a versatile professional who can manage B2B CRM chat support while also contributing to video editing tasks for internal and external content. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, creative, and comfortable multitasking between communication and editing work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time chat assistance to candidates and clients through our B2B CRM.
  • Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an excellent support experience.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and recurring issues.
  • Escalate technical concerns to relevant teams when required.
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, and internal use.
  • Add captions, transitions, animations, and basic motion graphics as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery of video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, preferably chat-based.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently between support and editing tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working during US EST hours.
