SQA Engineer – Full Time & Hybrid

DynamoLogic Solutions is looking to hire skilled QA Engineers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies.
• Provide detailed reports on test progress and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in manual testing (automation experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Experience testing across multiple browsers and devices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• API testing experience using tools like Postman.
